摘  要:本文以长江上游地区成渝段为研究区域,选取石门子等19个采样点,利用Agilent HP6890气相色谱仪方法测定河流沉积物中总滴滴涕(Dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethanes,DDTs)的含量,并采用了三角图法分析了组成,利用比值法分析了农药来源,评估了DDTs生态风险.研究表明,在该时段只有泸州有新的DDTs流入,DDTs在河道沉积物中主要是好氧代谢.值得注意的是有15.79%的样点(泸州、利泽和涪陵3个地区)滴滴涕(Dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane,DDT)超过生态风险中值(Effects range median,ERM),经常会发生负面效应风险.结果表明成渝经济区DDTs以历史工业来源的残留为主,在局部地区仍存在较严重的环境风险.Taking the Chengyu section of the middle and upper reaches of the Changjiang River as the study area,19 sampling points including Shimenzi were selected,and the content of dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethanes(DDTs)in river sediments was determined by Agilent HP6890 gas chromatograph method,and the composition was analyzed by the triangle diagram method,the ratio method was used.The sources of pesticides were analyzed,and the ecological risks of DDTs were evaluated.Studies have shown that only Luzhou has new DDTs inflow during this period,and DDTs are mainly aerobic metabolism in river sediments.It is worth noting that 15.79%of the samples(Luzhou,Lize and Fuling)have dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane(DDT)exceeding the effects range median(ERM)value,and there is often a risk of negative effects.The results show that DDTs in Chengyu Economic Zone are dominated by residues from historical industrial sources,and there are still serious environmental risks in some areas.
