乡村旅游资源模糊综合评价与开发策略研究

摘　　要：乡村旅游资源开发是乡村旅游业发展过程中的核心,也是现在及未来旅游产业发展的新方向.本文通过对莆田市后黄村的实地调查研究,从旅游资源类型、旅游资源价值及村庄所处区位条件等方面,确定21个评价指标并构建评价体系,运用层次分析法与模糊综合评价法对后黄村旅游资源进行评价.研究发现,在评价体系各项指标中,旅游资源的规模、稀有奇特程度、旅游资源的布局特色、观赏游憩价值等指标影响较大,其中旅游资源的规模影响最大;对于地理位置、交通状况等评价指标权重值较低;旅游资源的价值(质量)对其评价影响最大.研究结果表明,积极引导打造旅游产品,优化旅游环境,弘扬文化价值,合理利用资源和立足乡村文化、生态、产业一体的旅游发展是乡村旅游资源开发重点.The development of rural tourism resources is the core of the development of rural tourism,and also the new direction of the development of tourism industry now and in the future.Based on the field investigation of Houhuang Village in Putian City,the evaluation system was constructed by 21 evaluation indexes from the aspects of tourism resource type,tourism resource value and village location conditions,and the tourism resources of Houhuang Village were evaluated by analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The results showed that among the indexes of the evaluation system,the scale,rarity and strangeness of tourism resources,the layout characteristics of tourism resources,the value of sightseeing and recreation had great influence,among which the scale of tourism resources had the largest impact;The weight of the evaluation indexes such as geographical location and traffic condition was low;The value(quality)of tourism resources had the greatest impact on its evaluation.The key points of rural tourism resources development are to actively guide the creation of tourism products,optimize the tourism environment,carry forward cultural values,make rational use of resources and based on the integration of rural culture,ecology and industry.
