摘　　要：通过理论研究、现状描述以及实证分析三个方面,剖析TBT对我国对外直接投资区位选择的影响。理论研究表明,TBT主要通过增加经营成本、恶化双边关系、造成政治安全隐患和引起法律纠纷来抑制中国对外直接投资,说明TBT与我国对外直接投资存量增速之间存在反向变动关系。构建引力模型进行实证研究,结果显示,TBT对我国对外直接投资区位选择造成显著的负面影响。基于政府和企业视角,提出相应的政策建议,以期助力政府和企业积极应对TBT对中国对外直接投资的负面影响。Through the theoretical research,the present situation description and empirical analysis on three aspects analyzed TBT to our country the influence of foreign direct investment location choice.Theory research has shown that TBT is mainly caused by increasing operating costs,worse bilateral relations,political security and cause legal dispute to curb China’s foreign direct investment;In China,illustrates TBT and foreign direct investment stock growth reverse change between the relations;Further,build a gravity model to empirical research,the results show that TBT on China’s foreign direct investment location choice caused a significant negative impact.Research conclusion for Chinese enterprises to carry out foreign direct investment location choice provides the theoretical basis,and based on the government and the enterprise point of view put forward the corresponding policy recommendations,thus effectively help the government and enterprises to actively deal with TBT on the negative impact of China’s foreign direct investment.
