摘　　要：在新技术环境、新型科研范式兴起和“双一流”建设目标下,开展数据资源增值服务能为高校图书馆的发展和转型带来新的生命力。文章在文献调研的基础上,阐述了高校图书馆数据资源增值服务的概念内涵、服务机理,并结合当前实践中的问题设计了服务框架、提出了服务策略,以期为高校图书馆开展数据增值服务工作提供理论依据。Under the new technological environment,the rise of new research paradigm and the goal of "double first-class" construction,the value-added data resource service can bring new vitality to the development and transformation of university libraries.Based on the literature research,the article elaborates the conceptual connotation and service mechanism of value-added data resource service in university libraries,and designs a service framework and proposes service strategies based on the current problems in practice,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the development of value-added data service in university libraries.
