数字中国视域下我国数字版样本缴送制度发展及前沿探析

摘　　要：文章在综合分析数字版样本缴送理论和国内外缴送制度实施动态的基础上,从发展态势、内容类型和实施流程等维度,分析了我国数字版样本缴送制度在数字信息时代的基本发展历程与最新措施,对缴送政策的有关问题进行了剖析,从完善制度法规、升级标准规范、部署信息系统、提供监管辅助等层面提出优化我国数字版本缴送制度的相关措施,以期促进数字资源缴送制度的完善与优化,完成中华民族优秀文化遗产代际传承的历史使命。Based on the comprehensive analysis of the digital version sample deposit theory and the implementation dynamics of deposit system at home and abroad,the article explores the latest measures for China’s digital version sample deposit system from the dimensions of development trend,content type and implementation steps in the digital age.It analyzes the problems related to the deposit policy,and proposes measures to improve China’s digital version deposit system from the levels of improving the system and regulations,upgrading the standards and norms,deploying information systems and providing supervision assistance,in order to promote the improvement and optimization of the digital resource deposit system and fulfill the historical mission of inter-generational transmission of the outstanding cultural heritage of the Chinese nation.
