摘 要:对于电网频率下降0.1 Hz以上的大频差,1 000 MW二次再热机组一次调频增负荷性能难以达到考核标准的要求。根据二次再热汽轮机数学模型和机组设计参数,量化分析再热容积惯性对机组一次调频性能的影响,证明1 000 MW二次再热机组较大的一次再热容积惯性是其一次调频增负荷性能差的主要因素。基于此,提出一种提升二次再热机组一次调频性能的新型策略:通过设置热力辅助系统,使调频增量蒸汽避开一次再热系统,及早作用于功率占比70%左右的中低压缸;并通过计算论证了该策略的有效性。For the large frequency difference when the power grid frequency drops by more than 0.1 Hz,the load increasing performance of primary frequency control of 1000 MW secondary reheat unit is difficult to meet the requirements of the assessment standard.According to the mathematical model of the double reheat turbine and the unit design parameters,the influence of the reheat volume inertia on the unit primary frequency control performance was quantitatively analyzed.It was proved that the large primary reheat volume inertia of the 1000 MW double reheat unit is the main factor for its poor primary frequency control load increase performance.A strategy to improve the primary frequency control performance of double reheat unit was proposed.By setting the thermal auxiliary system,the frequency control incremental steam can avoid the primary reheat system and be used as the medium and low pressure cylinder with about 70%power as soon as possible.The effectiveness of the strategy was demonstrated by calculation.
