摘  要:喷水推进器与船体紧密联系,推力构成复杂。根据推力传递方式,将推进器、动力源和轴系整合,构成驱动系统,并悬挂在船体上。在驱动系统的前后两端与船体间各设置力传感器,以测量轴向力,在船首端测得的轴向力即为推力。喷水推进器与船体在进口与喷口处采用了柔性密封,以防止水流进入船体内,而它对推力的影响很小。通过以上措施构建了喷水推进推力测量方法,在国内首次完成了喷水推进试验推力测量,为推力预报提供验证手段。Water jet propulsion unit is closely connected with the ship hull,and thrust composition is complex.In the light of this feature,according to the thrust transmission mode,the water jet propulsion unit,power source and shafting are integrated to form a driving system,which is suspended from the ship hull to support its gravity.Force sensors are set between the front and rear end of the drive system and the ship hull for measuring axial forces.The axial force measured at the front end of the ship hull is the thrust of the water jet propulsion unit.Flexible seal is used between water jet propulsion unit and the ship hull at the inlet and the nozzle,which prevent water from entering the ship hull and has little effect on the thrust.Water jet propulsion thrust measurement method is established through the above measures.The experimental measurement of water jet propulsion thrust is completed for the first time in China,which provides a method for thrust prediction.
