摘 要:随着电力市场改革的深入,新能源发电及其消纳问题变得日益严峻,弃风弃光现象与不环保的能源结构成为了电力市场发电侧常见的问题。为了使清洁能源能够得到充分消纳,从具有分布式能源的用户群出发,在考虑两用户群的电能需求响应(demand response,DR)的基础上,利用用户群用电行为的差异性,在用户群有电能剩余时帮助消纳光伏发电量;而用户群电能短缺时,共享光伏电能,使用户群双方双方获益。同时引入新能源发电环境补贴,以保证用户的经济利益。最后通过实际算例,展现本文所提机制在用户群用电结构和用电费用方面等方面的作用,验证了其在经济效益和环境效益方面的优越性。With the deepening of the power market reform,the issue of new energy power generation and its consumption have become increasingly serious.The phenomenon of wind curtailment and solar energy curtailment and unenvironmental energy structure have become common problems on the power generation side of the power market.In order to enable clean energy to be fully absorbed,starting from the user group with distributed energy,taking into account the demand response(DR)of the two user groups,and taking advantage of the differences in the power consumption behavior of the user groups,When the user group has power surplus,it helps to absorb the photovoltaic power generation;when the user group is short of power,the photovoltaic power is shared to benefit both parties of the user group.At the same time,environmental subsidies for new energy power generation are introduced to ensure the economic benefits of users.Finally,actual calculation examples are used to show the purpose of the mechanism proposed in this paper in terms of user group electricity consumption structure and electricity costs,and verify its superiority in economic and environmental benefits.
