摘  要:针对一起220kV变电站线路开关C相拒合事件,根据监控系统报文信息和现场检查情况进行分析,逐步确定故障原因。发现线路开关合闸回路中,近控/远控切换开关老化引起卡片松动,内部接电接触不良引起C相合闸回路不通,导致C相拒合。本次开关拒合事件检修过程中发现,传统开关设计合闸回路接点未串入跳位监视回路,存在监视回路设计缺陷。本文针对此类事件分析并提出了处理和改进的措施,避免此类事件的再次发生,提高了线路开关的稳定安全运行的能力。For a 220 kV substation line switch C-phase refusal to close event,according to the monitoring system message information and on-site inspection,the cause of the failure is gradually determined.It was found that in the closing circuit of the line switch,the aging of the near control/remote control switch caused the card to loosen,and the poor internal electrical contact caused the C-phase closing circuit to fail,resulting in the C-phase refusal to close.During the maintenance process of the switch refusal to close,it was found that the contacts of the traditional switch design closing circuit were not connected in series to the trip monitoring circuit,and there were defects in the design of the monitoring circuit.This paper analyzes and proposes measures to deal with and improve such incidents,so as to avoid the recurrence of such incidents and improve the ability of stable and safe operation of line switches.
