摘　　要：杏鲍菇是福建省工厂化栽培的第一大菇种,经深入调研生物转化率高、经济效益显著的漳州市优质杏鲍菇生产企业,全面总结杏鲍菇工厂化高产高效栽培的关键技术,包括栽培设施、工艺流程、菌种制备、料袋制作、菌丝培养、出菇管理、采收包装等方面。Pleurotus eryngii is the largest mushroom species for industrialized cultivation in Fujian Province. Through in-depth investigation and research on high-quality production enterprises in Zhangzhou city with high biological efficiency and significant economic benefits. The key technologies for industrialized cultivation of P. eryngii with high yield and efficiency were comprehensively summarized, including cultivation facilities, technological process, spawn preparation, substrate preparation, mycelium culture, mushroom production management, harvesting and packaging.
