摘　　要：近年来,宏观审慎管理政策及工具在全球金融危机后备受推崇,得到了国际组织、国家经济体等的广泛认可与使用。国际货币基金组织(IMF)及其专家学者围绕宏观审慎政策和工具的作用、使用、溢出效应等方面提出了不同观点与思考,本文对其进行了系统梳理与综述,以期对我国宏观审慎管理提供借鉴。Over the past decade,macro Prudential management policies and tools have been highly respected in the global fi nancial crisis,and have been widely recognized and used by international organizations and countries.The International Monetary Fund(IMF)and its experts and scholars put forward diff erent views and Thoughts on the role,use and spillover eff ect of macro prudential policies and tools in their work reports and papers.This paper systematically combs and summarizes them in order to provide reference for China's macro Prudential Management.
