西部欠发达地区科技金融创新发展的实践及启示--以新疆为例

摘　　要：科技创新是实现高质量发展的核心动力,科技金融是推动科技创新的关键因素。近年来,在政府部门及金融监管机构的政策推动下,各地金融支持高水平科技自立自强的能力持续提升。但西部欠发达地区科技金融发展在政策推进、资金投入、企业培育及融资拓展等方面存在一些不足,一定程度上制约科技金融创新快速发展。本文通过对新疆科技金融发展现状进行调查分析,查找问题,引发启示,以期为西部欠发达地区科技金融创新发展提供一些参考。Science and technology innovation is the core driving force for achieving high-quality development drive and science and technology fi nance is a key factor in driving science and technology innovation.In recent years,the ability of local financial institutions to support a high level of technological self-reliance continues to improve,driven by the policies of government departments and amount regulators.However,there are some shortcomings in the development of science and technology fi nance in less developed western regions in terms of policy promotion,capital investment,enterprise cultivation and fi nancing expansion,which to a certain extent restrict the speed of innovation and development of science and technology fi nance.This paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of science and technology finance development in XinJiang,identifies problems and inspire them in order to provided some references for the innovative development of science and technology fi nance in less developed regions in the west.
