侧脑室穿刺+腰大池置管脑脊液双向引流术治疗重症蛛网膜下腔出血的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探究侧脑室穿刺+腰大池置管脑脊液双向引流术治疗重症蛛网膜下腔出血的临床研究。方法 以本院2019年8月至2021年2月抽取的90例重症蛛网膜下腔出血患者作为研究对象,依照1∶1形式设置对照组和实验组各45例,前者侧脑室穿刺治疗,实验组在前者基础上增加腰大池置管脑脊液双向引流术治疗,比较两组神经功能评分、日常生活能力。结果 实验组神经功能评分、日常生活能力均优于对照组,组间对比有差距,P值均<0.05。结论 针对患有重症蛛网膜下腔出血患者给予侧脑室穿刺+腰大池置管脑脊液双向引流术治疗,可提升临床治疗效果,增加日常生活能力,利于神经功能更快恢复,可大力推广。Objective To explore the clinical study of lateral ventricle puncture+lumbar cistern placement tube for cerebrospinal fluid drainage in the treatment of severe subarachnoid hemorrhage.Methods Ninety patients with severe subarachnoid hemorrhage were selected from our hospital from August 2019 to February 2021 as the research object.The control group and the experimental group were set up according to a 1∶1 format with 45 cases each.The former was treated by lateral ventricle puncture.The experiment On the basis of the former, the two groups were treated with two-way drainage of cerebrospinal fluid in the lumbar cistern, and the treatment, postoperative neurological function scores and activities of daily living were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the control group was lower than that of the experimental group after different treatment measures, and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The score of nerve function and the ability of daily life in the experimental group were better than those in the control group.The P values were <0.05.Conclusion For patients with severe subarachnoid hemorrhage, the treatment of lateral ventricle puncture+lumbar cistern placement tube for cerebrospinal fluid drainage can improve the clinical treatment effect, increase the ability of daily living, and facilitate the faster recovery of nerve function.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
