活血舒筋膏与循经点穴法联合治疗腰椎间盘突出症之气滞血瘀型患者SOD水平以及腰痛评分的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察活血舒筋膏联合循经点穴疗法对腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)之气滞血瘀型患者超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平以及腰痛评分的影响。方法:随机数字表法将2020年1月~2021年7月本院收治LDH之气滞血瘀型患者120例分为观察组与参照组各60例,参照组实施循经点穴法,观察组在参照组的基础上联用活血舒筋膏治疗,比较治疗15 d、30 d、45 d 及3个月后随访两组改良日本骨科协会腰痛评分(JOA),比较两组SOD、一氧化氮(NO)、血清白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-1β及中医证候积分相关指标的变化,并对比两组疗效及随访3个月后复发状况。结果:观察组治疗15 d、30 d、45 d 及3个月后随访的腰痛JOA评分皆显著高于参照组。治疗后观察组SOD水平显著高于参照组;观察组NO、IL-6、IL-1β水平皆显著低于参照组。治疗后观察组中医证候积分显著优于参照组。观察组总有效率明显高于参照组。观察组复发率低于参照组。结论:活血舒筋膏与循经点穴法联合治疗LDH之气滞血瘀型患者可明显改善腰痛评分与SOD水平,降低炎性因子,有效改善中医证候积分,增强疗效且复发率更低。Objective To analyze the effect of Huoxue Shujin ointment combined with meridian acupoint therapy on the level of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and low back pain score in patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type of lumbar disc herniation (LDH).Methods By random number table method,120 patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type of LDH treated in our hospital from January 2020 to July 2021 were divided into observation group and reference group,with 60 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with acupoint points along the meridians,and the observation group was treated with Huoxue Shujin ointment on the basis of the reference group.The treatment lasted for 15 days,30 days After 45 days and 3 months,the two groups were followed up with the modified Japanese Orthopaedic Association low back pain score (JOA),and the levels of SOD,nitric oxide (no),serum interleukin (IL)-6 and IL-1 were compared between the two groups β And TCM syndrome score,and the curative effect and recurrence after 3 months of follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results The JOA scores of low back pain in the observation group after 15 days,30 days,45 days of treatment and 3 months of follow-up were significantly higher than those in the reference group.After treatment,the level of SOD in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the reference group;No,IL-6,IL-1β in observation group The levels were significantly lower than the reference group.After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the reference group.The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the reference group.The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the reference group.Conclusion The combination of Huoxue Shujin ointment and acupoint points along the meridians in the treatment of patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis of LDH can significantly improve the low back pain score and SOD level,reduce inflam
