摘  要:针对机车某些部位螺栓运行及维护过程中状态无法获知的问题,采用光纤光栅技术和机械式垫圈技术对在役螺栓进行状态监测,实现螺栓载荷变化在线监测及螺栓松动检测功能。以HXN5型内燃机车柴油机缸盖紧固螺栓和底座支撑螺栓为对象,分析机车运行过程中缸盖螺栓动响应载荷和底座螺栓状态,得出基于监测数据的初步分析结论。In view of the problem that the state of bolts in certain parts of locomotive cannot be known during the operation and maintenance process,the fiber grating and mechanical washer technology are used to monitor the bolts state in service,so as to realize the functions of online monitoring of bolt load changes and bolt looseness detection. Taking the engine cylinder head fastening bolts and the base support bolts of the HXN5diesel locomotive as the objects,the dynamic response load of cylinder head bolts and the state of base bolts are analyzed during the operation of the locomotive,and the preliminary analysis conclusions based on the detection data were obtained.
