益血生胶囊联合多糖铁复合物胶囊治疗缺铁性贫血的效果  

Effect of Yixuesheng Capsule Combined with Polysaccharide Iron Com⁃pound Capsule in the Treatment of Iron Deficiency Anemia

摘　　要：目的探讨益血生胶囊联合多糖铁复合物胶囊治疗缺铁性贫血的效果。方法选取2018年4月—2021年4月徐州市铜山区人民医院进行治疗的62例缺铁性贫血患者为研究对象,随机数表法分成两组,各31例。对照组予以口服多糖铁复合物胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合益血生胶囊治疗。对比两组治疗有效率(包括心慌气短、头晕耳鸣、倦怠、眩晕、体倦及食欲不振积分情况)、血常规(RBC、HGB、MCV、MCH、MCHC)水平、血清铁(SI)、血清铁蛋白(SF)水平及不良反应发生率。结果经治疗后,观察组患者治疗有效率为96.77%(30/31),显著高于对照组的有效率74.19%(23/31),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.679,P<0.05);观察组的各项血常规水平(RBC、HGB、MCV、MCHC、MCH)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=15.591、8.005、4.308、6.727、5.317,P<0.05);观察组血清SI水平(23.45±1.69)μmol/L及SF水平(89.32±7.17)μg/L均高于对照组的(16.69±1.26)μmol/L、(70.31±8.35)μg/L,差异有统计学意义(t=17.855、9.617,P<0.05);两组患者出现的便秘、恶心、头晕、口干、腹泻的不良反应总发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.185,P>0.05)。结论益血生胶囊联合多糖铁复合物胶囊治疗缺铁性贫血能有效改善患者贫血相关症状,效果较好,能够提高SI、SF水平,且不会引发严重不良反应。Objective To investigate the effect of Yixuesheng capsule combined with polysaccharide iron compound capsule in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia.Methods A total of 62 patients with iron deficiency anemia who were treated in Tongshan District People′s Hospital of Xuzhou City from April 2018 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects.Divided into two groups by random number table method,each with 31 cases.The control group was treated with oral polysaccharide iron complex capsule,while the observation group was treated with Yixuesheng capsule on the basis of the control group.The treatment efficacy(including palpitation,shortness of breath,dizziness,tinnitus,fatigue,dizziness,fatigue and loss of appetite),blood routine(RBC,HGB,MCV,MCH,MCHC)levels,serum iron(SI),serum iron protein(SF)levels and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the effective rate of patients in the observation group was 96.77%(30/31),which was significantly higher than that in the control group,74.19%(23/31),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.679,P<0.05);the blood routine levels(RBC,HGB,MCV,MCHC,MCH)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=15.591,8.005,4.308,6.727,5.317,P<0.05).The SI level(23.45±1.69)μmol/L and SF level(89.32±7.17)μg/L of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(16.69±1.26)μmol/L and(70.31±8.35)μg/L,and the differences were statistically significant(t=17.855,9.617,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions of constipation,nausea,dizziness,dry mouth and diarrhea between the two groups(χ^(2)=0.185,P>0.05).Conclusion Yixuesheng capsules combined with polysaccharide iron complex capsules can effectively improve the symptoms of anemia in patients with iron deficiency anemia,and the effect is good,and it can improve the levels of SI and SF,and will not cause serious adver
