农村殡葬改革中正式制度与非正式制度的冲突与调适

摘　　要：我国殡葬改革已经推进了60多年,但是殡葬制度在实施过程中并未实现理想的制度目标,推进农村殡葬改革的正式制度,受到了来自农村内生的非正式制度的抵制,使得农村殡葬改革中正式制度与非正式制度呈现出一定程度的冲突关系。厘清制度冲突关系产生的内在原因,并对农村殡葬改革中正式制度与非正式制度进行积极调适,是推动新时期殡葬文化转型、形成殡葬新风尚的重要内容。China’s funeral reform has been pushed more than 60 years, but the funeral institutions did not achieve the ideal institutional objective in the process of implementation, and formal institutions of promoting rural funeral reform were resisted by the informal institutions in rural areas, which made the formal institutions and informal institutions in the rural funeral reform present a certain degree of conflict. Promotion of the transformation of funeral culture and fostering of a new fashion of funeral culture in the new period are of great importance to clarify the internal causes of institutions’ conflicts and actively adjust the formal institutions and informal institutions in the rural funeral reform.
