摘　　要：加强新时代廉洁文化建设,要全面准确把握其内涵和要义,结合区域廉洁政治生态现实,立足可实践性、彰显地方特色、兼顾长期性与阶段性、常态化与长效化等原则,在公权廉洁文化、公职廉洁文化和社会廉洁文化三个层面上做好顶层设计并加以落实,形成崇尚俭朴、清正廉洁的社会氛围,从而达成一体推进“三不”,提高反腐倡廉效能的目标。Strengthening the construction of integrity culture in the new era,we must fully and accurately grasp its meaning and significance,combined with the reality of the regional political ecology of integrity,based on the principles of practicability,highlighting local characteristics,taking into account the longterm and phase,normalization and long-term effect at three levels of public power integrity culture,public integrity culture and social integrity culture to obtain a top-level design and implementation,the formation of frugal,clean and honest social atmosphere so that the goal of promoting the"Three Nos"as a whole will be achieved and the effectiveness of anti-corruption and integrity promotion will be improved.
