摘　　要：本文通过对某炼油厂加氢反应器在检修时发现封头与筒体环缝堆焊层存在网状裂纹问题阐述详细的返修过程,制定合理、可靠的施工方案,分析了在高温高压下的腐蚀机理,为以后针对此类问题积累修复经验。This paper expounds the detailed repair process,formulates a reasonable and reliable construction plan,and analyzes the problem of mesh cracks in the circumferential seam surfacing layer of the head and the cylinder body found during the maintenance of a hydrogenation reactor in an oil refinery.The corrosion mechanism under the high temperature and high pressure conditions will accumulate repair experience for such problems in the future.
