摘　　要：本文叙述了高真空多层绝热容器,夹层抽真空过程中,水气对抽真空效能的影响,并通过实验进行对比,得出具体能源和时间消耗的数据,指导产品制作工艺的优化,保证低温产品的真空质量。This paper describes the influence of water and vapor on the vacuum pumping efficiency in the process of interlayer vacuuming efficiency of high vacuum multi-layer insulated container.Through the comparison of experiments,the specific data of energy and time consumption are obtained,which can guide the optimization of product manufacturing process and guarantee the vacuum quality of cryogenic products.
