摘　　要：为保证旋风分离器的制造质量,本文从所承制的旋风分离器的结构特点及制造工艺要求等方面着手,确定整体制造方案,并对设备内壁碳化铬涂层的施工要点、需注意事项进行阐述,为今后该类设备的制造提供了经验。To ensure the manufacture quality of the cyclone separator,starting from the structural characteristics and design requirements of the cyclone separator,this paper expounds the key difficulties and points for attention in the manufacturing process(such as the construction points for the inner wall chromium carbide coating),which provides experience for the future manufacture of such equipment and can be used as a reference for engineers and technicians.
