异烟肼与利福平联合康复新治疗浅表淋巴结结核疗效评价

摘　　要：目的评价异烟肼与利福平联合康复新治疗浅表淋巴结结核的疗效.方法研究时间为2020年5月-2021年9月,选择医院收治的60例浅表淋巴结结核患者,根据随机数字表法将其等分为各组30例的对照组和研究组,对照组行常规全身抗结核治疗,研究组在全身抗结核治疗的基础上联合异烟肼、利福平、康复新治疗,对比观察两组患者的疗效、血清指标、不良反应及复发情况.结果研究组总有效率96.67%(29/30)高于对照组的80%(24/30),有统计学意义(χ^(2)=13.484,P=0.000).研究组治疗后IFN-r高于对照组(35.48±9.03vs27.91±8.72)、TNF-a低于对照组(34.27±6.71vs50.01±12.58),有统计学意义(t=3.302/6.046,P=0.001/0.000).研究组不良反应发生率13.33%与对照组10%差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.538,P=0.463).研究组复发率3.33%低于对照组的13.33%,有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.547,P=0.011).结论异烟肼与利福平联合康复新治疗浅表淋巴结结核的疗效确切,安全可靠,值得推广.Objective To evaluate the efficacy of isoniazid combined with rifampicin in the treatment of superficial lymph node tuberculosis.Methods Study time From May 2020 to September 2021,60 patients with superficial lymph node tuberculosis admitted to the hospital were selected and equally divided into control group and research group of 30 cases in each group according to the random number table method.Tuberculosis treatment,the research group was combined with isoniazid,rifampicin,and rehabilitation new treatment on the basis of systemic anti-tuberculosis treatment,and the curative effect,serum indexes,adverse reactions and recurrence of the two groups were compared and observed.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%(29/30)higher than that of the control group 80%(24/30),which was statistically significant(χ^(2)=-13.484,P=0.00).After treatment,IFN-a in the study group was higher than that in the control group(35.48±9.03vs27.91±8.72),and TNF-a was lower than that in the control group(34.27±6.71vs50.01±12.58),with statistical significance(t=3.302/6.046,P-0.001/0.000).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group of 13.33%and the control group of 10%(χ^(2)=0.538,P=0.463).The recurrence rate of the study group was 3.33%lower than that of the control group,13.33%,which was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.547,P=0.011).Conc lusion The combination of isoniazid and rifampicin in the treatment of superficial lymph node tuberculosis is effective,safe and reliable,and is worthy of promotion.
