摘　　要：目的通过分析七家社区卫生服务中心中成药处方,总结中成药不合理应用情况,促进合理用药.方法每月随机抽取七家社区卫生服务中心2021年1月-2021年12月中成药处方,共18056张处方,进行用药合理性及帕累托图分析.结果在抽取的18056张中成药处方中,不合理处方为773张,不合理率为4.28%,其中适应证不适宜和用法、用量不适宜为影响不合理处方的主要因素.结论基层社区卫生服务中心中成药使用存在一定的问题,应促进药师与医师的沟通,逐渐开展处方前置审核工作,并加强西医师中医理论知识及药品说明书的学习,以促进临床合理使用中成药.Objective By analyzing the prescriptions of Chinese patent medicine in seven community health service centers of our hospital,the irrational questions of Chinese patent medicine was summarized to promote rational use of the medicines.Methods To analyze the rationality of prescriptions,18056 Chinese patent medicine prescriptions were randomly selected from seven community health service centers from January 2021 to December 2021 every month by Pareto chart.Results Among the 18,056 prescriptions of Chinese patent medicine,773 prescriptions were irrational,with an irrational rate of 4.28%,unsuitable indications and inappropriate dosage were principal factor.Conc lus ion There are some problems in the use of Chinese patent medicines in community health service centers.to promote rational use of Chinese patent medicine in clinic.it is necessary to promote the communication between pharmacists and doctors,carry out the preprescription review gradually,and strengthen the study of TCM theoretical knowledge and pharmaceutical instructions.
