摘　　要：通过分析国家制种大县奖励政策支持下贵州省岑巩县杂交水稻制种基地建设取得的成效以及面临的机遇与挑战,就进一步推动制种基地基础设施高级化、种业产业链条现代化建设提出建议,力求促进县企合作共建,助力岑巩现代种业高质量发展。Based on the analysis of the achievements, opportunities and challenges in the construction of hybrid rice seed production base in Cengong County, Guizhou Province, supported by the national seed production county incentive policy, suggestions were put forward to further promote the high-level infrastructure of seed production base and the modernization of seed industry chain, so as to promote the county-enterprise cooperation and help the high quality development of modern seed industry in Cengong County.
