摘　　要：[目的/意义]探索研究生学术搜索中的信息规避行为及成因,为改善信息规避消极影响、提升学术搜索效果提供依据。[方法/过程]首先利用任务式搜索实验获取搜索行为数据;其次通过访谈、扎根理论编码析出各搜索环节的信息规避行为及其影响因素;然后结合实验和访谈归纳出信息规避行为引发的搜索模式及搜索路径;最后依据SOR理论构建不同搜索模式下的信息规避模型,并结合问卷调研分析各搜索环节的信息规避成因。[结果/结论]研究生学术搜索中的信息规避行为受任务、信息、环境、资本因素外部刺激,受心理因素内部驱动,受能力因素调节控制;信息规避行为引发了直线式和螺旋式2种搜索模式,在心理因素的反作用下,螺旋式搜索模式是对直线式搜索模式下信息规避行为负面影响的主观矫正;信息规避行为有积极和消极之分,需要引导消极信息规避行为,减少其带来的不利影响。[Purpose/Significance]To explore the information avoidance behaviors and causes in postgraduate academic search,and to provide a basis for improving the negative impact of information avoidance and improving the effect of academic search.[Method/Process]Firstly,the task-based search experiment was used to obtain search behavior data;secondly,the information avoidance behavior and its influencing factors of each search link were analyzed through interviews and grounded theory coding;then the search patterns and search paths caused by information avoidance behaviors were summarized by combining experiments and interviews;finally,based on the SOR theoretically constructed information avoidance models under different search modes,and analyzed the causes of information avoidance in each search link based on questionnaire surveys.[Result/Conclusion]Information avoidance behaviors in postgraduate academic search are externally stimulated by tasks,information,environment,and capital factors,internally driven by psychological factors,and controlled by ability factors;Information avoidance behaviors lead to two search modes,linear and spiral.Under the reaction of psychological factors,the spiral search mode is a subjective correction of the negative impact of information avoidance behaviors in the linear search mode;information avoidance behaviors are divided into positive and negative ones,and negative information avoidance behaviors need to be guided to reduce their adverse effects.
