摘　　要：[目的/意义]随着南海问题司法化进程的不断推进,对单个证据的证明力,多个证据的关联性进行有效分析是提升维权证据证明效力的关键,可进一步推动南海疆维权证据链工程。[方法/过程]以国际法院判例和证据法的审查判断标准、证据分类和证明力比较规则为法理依据,建立南海疆维权证据的证明力综合评价指标计算体系,设计基于证明力的南海疆维权证据关联模型,并以"南沙群岛"相关的维权证据材料进行实证分析。[结果/结论]研究表明,南海疆维权证据证明力综合指标体系,以及基于证明力的维权证据关联模型的构建,为司法维权的量化研究奠定了理论基础,为司法维权场景下证据呈现提供了依据,有利于发挥学科在国家安全中的情报支持作用。[Purpose/Significance]With the advancement of the judicial process of the South China Sea issue,effective analysis of the probative power of a single evidence and the relevance of multiple evidences is the key to improve the effectiveness of the evidence of rights protection,which can further promote the South China Sea Rights Protection evidence chain project.[Method/Process]This paper was based on international court jurisprudence and evidence law and the review and judgment standards,evidence classification and comparative rules of probative force,established the comprehensive evaluation index calculation system of rights protection evidence in the South China Sea,and designed a strong safeguarding right evidence correlation model in the South China Sea based on probative force.The empirical analysis was carried out based on the evidence of the Nansha Islands'relevant rights protection.[Result/Conclusion]The research will help to build a comprehensive index system of the evidentiary power of the rights protection evidence in the South China Sea and a correlation model of the rights protection evidence based on the evidentiary power.Moreover,it will conduce to lay a theoretical foundation for the quantitative research of judicial rights protection,and provide a basis for the presentation of evidence in the scene of judicial rights protection.At the same time,it is conducive to give full play to the intelligence support role of disciplines in national security.
