全程人性化护理干预在纤支镜检查中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察全程人性化护理干预在纤支镜检查中的应用效果。方法择选2018年7月—2021年6月在德阳市人民医院行纤支镜检查的患者200例,并以随机数表法分为2组:对照组100例,行常规化护理;观察组100例,行全程人性化护理干预。观察对比两组护理前后生理指标以及心理应激状况指标,并对比两组并发症和护理满意度情况。结果护理前,两组血压、心率生理指标以及焦虑、抑郁评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组血压、心率、焦虑、抑郁评分均较护理前降低,且观察组降低幅度大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组、护理满意度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全程人性化护理干预在纤支镜检查中的应用效果显著,能减轻患者心理应激、稳定生理指标,减少并发症的发生,提升护理满意度。Objective To observe the effect of full-course humanistic nursing intervention in fiberoptic bronchoscopy.Methods A total of 200 patients underwent branchofiberoscope examination from July 2018 to June 2021 in Deyang People Hospital were selected and divided into two groups:Control Group(100 cases)and Observation Group(100 cases).The control group adopted routine nursing,while the observation adopt whole-course humanistic nursing intervention.The nursing physiological indicators and psychological stress status indicators were compared before and after nursing.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference between the two groups in blood pressure,heart rate,physiological indexes of SAS and SDS(P>0.05).After nursing,all indexes were significantly decreased in both groups,the observation group decreased more than the control group(P<0.05).The adverse complications rate in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction in observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of whole-course humanistic nursing intervention in fiberoptic bronchoscopy is effective,which can reduce psychological stress,stabilization physiological index,reduce adverse complications and improve nursing satisfaction.
