花椒虎天牛田间危害特征与人工饲养研究

摘　　要：为更好地识别花椒虎天牛在田间的为害症状,以及开发适合的人工饲料用于与该虫相关的基础性研究,调查记录了花椒虎天牛蛀食花椒枝干的特点,根据其取食特性,配制不同比例的枝条粉人工饲料,开展饲喂试验,统计各处理的幼虫存活数、化蛹数、羽化数,明确了饲料中不同枝条粉占比对花椒虎天牛生长发育的影响。结果表明,被蛀食后,花椒枝干上及周围土表有新鲜的枝干粉末,且常伴有流胶病发生;纯花椒枝条粉或叶片粉配成的饲料不能用作人工繁育,与对照相比,枝条粉占比80%的饲料饲喂效果最好,相应处理的幼虫存活率、化蛹率、羽化率分别为93.18%、91.18%、87.50%。To clarify the damage chara cteristics and develop suitable artificial diets for basic research related to Clytus valiandus,we investigated the characteristics of C.valiandus feeding on pepper branches and prepared several formulas of pepper branch powder artificial diets to carry out the feeding test.The survival number,pupation number,and eclosion number were counted,and the effects of the proportion of branch powder on the growth and development of C.valiandus were clarified.The results showed that the infestation,often accompanied by gummosis,presented fresh wood powder on the branches and on the ground.The artificial diet made of pure pepper branches or leaves cannot be used for artificial breeding.Compared with the control,the diet with 80%branch powder was the most suitable,and the survival rate,pupation rate,and eclosion rate of C.valiandus feed on that were 91.11%,91.18%,and 87.50%,respectively.
