摘  要:目的描述1起新冠疫苗接种单位常态化10混1核酸检测阳性事件,分析事件可能原因,为此类事件的调查和处置提供参考。方法对阳性样本所涉及人员开展现场流行病学调查,采集人员鼻咽拭子和该社区卫生服务中心环境样本使用RT-PCR方法进行核酸检测,采用描述性流行病学方法对此次事件的发生、发展过程和可能原因进行分析。结果对2021-02发生的该起事件涉及的10名医务人员再次采集鼻咽拭子做核酸检测,结果均为阴性;扩大核酸检测89人,检测结果为阴性;环境采样159份,检出阳性25份,阳性率为15.72%(25/159),其中21份为接种室环境,4分为非接种室环境。结论结合人员、环境和物表检测结果和现场调查情况综合分析判断,判断本次事件是由疫苗污染环境导致的人员检测阳性。建议疫苗接种点进一步规范,在完成每天接种任务后,对接种室及周边环境进行充分消杀处理,疫苗接种工作人员离开疫苗接种台应做好手卫生、更换清洁工作服和口罩。在常态化监测中也应该规范采样,做到一采一消毒。Objective To describe a normal 10 mixed 1 nucleic acid positive event at the vaccination unit of the COVID-19,and analyze the possible causes of the event,so as to provide reference for the investigation and treatment of such events.Methods On-site epidemiological investigation was performed.The nasopharyngeal swabs of the personnel involved in the positive samples and the environmental samples of the community health service center were collected to detect the nucleic acid by RT-PCR.Descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the occurrence,development process and possible causes of the event.Results The incident occurred in February2021 involved 10 medical staff again taking nasopharyngeal swabs for nucleic acid testing,and the nuclei acid testing results were all negative.The expanded nucleic acid testing covered 89 people,and the test results were negative.Notably,159 samples were collected from the environment,and25 were positive;21 samples are in the inoculation room environment and 4 samples are in the non-inoculation room environment.The positive rate was 15.72%(25/159).Conclusions Based on the comprehensive analysis and judgment of personnel,environment and physical surface detection results and on-site investigations,this incident was caused by vaccine pollution of the environment.It is recommended that the vaccination sites shoud be further standardized.After completing the daily vaccination tasks,the vaccination room and surrounding environment should be fully disinfected.Vaccination workers should perform hand hygiene and change clean work clothes and masks when leaving the vaccination table.In the normalized monitoring,sampling should also be standardized,especially one disinfection after one collection should be achieved.
