摘  要:对直径为120 mm的1Cr13钢棒料进行了700℃加热随后炉冷的退火和970℃×2 h油冷+730℃×5 h空冷的调质处理。检测了棒料的微观组织和力学性能及冲击试样的断口形貌。结果表明:棒料的显微组织为板条马氏体和块状铁素体,并有弥散分布的碳化铬;冲击试样断口具有河流花样和韧窝状撕裂特征;棒料的力学性能特别是塑性和冲击韧度良好。1 Cr13 steel rod 120 mm in diameter was annealed by heating at 700 ℃ then furnace cooling, and was hardened by heating at 970 ℃for 2 h followed by cooling in oil, and tempered at 730 ℃ for 5 h. The rod was tested for microstructure, mechanical properties and fracture pattern of impact specimen. The results indicated that(a)the rod displayed microstructure consisting of lath martensite and blocky ferrite, as well as dispersively distributed chromic carbides;(b)the fracture of impact specimen was characterized by river and dimpled tearing;and(c)the rod gave good mechanical properties, particularly, plasticity and impact toughness.
