摘  要:传统管道建设主要依靠人工开展现场质量安全制度落实工作,这导致安全监督工作战线长、效率低,对于一些安全隐患也无法及时进行查处和现场取证。通过打造油气储运行业项目资源池,结合行业标准以及历史项目经验,实现项目信息、承包商信息、费用信息、质量信息、进度信息等内容的收集与共享。利用人工智能算法建立项目资源数据库系统,实现了管道施工安全监理的信息化。Traditional pipeline construction mainly relied on manual implementation of the on-site quality and safety system,which resulted in a long line of safety supervision and low efficiency,and it was impossible to investigate and deal with some hidden safety hazards and collect on-site evidence in time.By creating a resource pool for oil and gas storage and transportation industry projects,combined with industry standards and historical project experience,the collection and sharing of project information,contractor information,cost information,quality information,progress information and other content was realized.Using artificial intelligence algorithms to establish a project resource database system,the informatization of pipeline construction safety supervision had been realized.
