摘  要:固废资源化是可持续发展和环境友好的必然要求。废塑料俗称白色垃圾,在固废中占比很大,其回收再利用技术一直是工业中关注的焦点。聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)是重要的聚酯材料,广泛应用于饮料瓶、纤维、工程塑料和薄膜等领域。我国是PET生产、消费第一大国,每年废弃的PET量很大,回收再利用势在必行。典型的回收方法是通过化学回收法将PET解聚成单体或低聚物。对废弃PET聚酯的醇解工艺进行了较为系统的评述,并在技术经济性方面将其与超临界甲醇醇解法进行了比较,并初步指出了未来可能的发展方向。Recycling of solid waste is an inevitable requirement for sustainable development and environmental friendliness.Waste plastics,commonly known as white garbage,account for a large proportion of solid waste,and its recycling and reuse has always been the focus of attention in the industry.Polyethylene terephthalate(PET)is an important polyester material,widely used in beverage bottles,fibers,engineering plastics and films,etc.China is the largest country of PET production and consumption in the world,with a large amount of discarded PET every year,so recycling is imperative.The typical recycling method is to depolymerize PET into monomers or oligomers by chemical recycling.The alcoholysis process of waste PET polyester was systematically reviewed,compared with the supercritical methanol alcoholysis process in terms of technology and economy,and the possible development direction in the future was preliminarily pointed out.
