摘  要:目前锅炉水溶解固形物测定方法费时费力、过程繁琐、检测效率较低,因此提出用密度差法快速测定锅炉水溶解固形物的含量,通过对一系列锅炉水样的试验研究和比对分析后发现,该方法相比常用的重量测试法更加快捷、简单,相比间接测试法更加精确,值得在锅炉使用和检验检测单位推广和应用。At present,the determination of dissolved solids in boiler water was time-consuming and laborious,the process was cumbersome,and the detection efficiency was low.Therefore,it was proposed to use the density difference method to quickly determine the content of dissolved solids in boiler water.Through the experimental research and comparative analysis of a series of boiler water samples,it was found that this method was faster and simpler than the classical weight test method,and more accurate than the indirect test method.It was worthy of promotion and application in boiler use and inspection and testing units.
