摘　　要：聚丙烯石墨管具有较好的耐腐蚀性能,还具有较高的传热系数,是设计制作降膜吸收器的关键零部件。设备选型时应通过对相变和溶解工艺过程产生的热量,来设计所需的换热吸收面积,再核算所有流体经过的流速必须达到合理的设计范围要求,达到完全吸收的目的。Polypropylene graphite tube had good corrosion resistance and high heat transfer coefficient,and was a key component in the design and manufacture of falling film absorbers.Equipment selection was to design the required heat exchange and absorption area through the heat generated by the phase change and dissolution process,and then calculate the flow velocity of all fluids to meet the requirements of a reasonable design range to achieve the purpose of complete absorption.
