摘　　要：在圆锥专用三辊卷板机使用过程中,找到根据卷板机固有的几何参数快速判断工件能否在卷锥卷板机上正常卷制一个高品质椎体工件的方法,是提高锥体工件生产效率,降低生产成本的关键。通过对圆锥专用卷板机进行分析、计算,给出了一个行之有效的快速判断方法。In the process of using the special three-roll plate rolling machine for cones,it was necessary to find a method to quickly judge whether the workpiece could be normally rolled on the cone rolling machine for a high-quality cone workpiece according to the inherent geometric parameters of the rolling machine,which was to improve the production of cone workpieces.Efficiency,the key to lower production costs.Through the analysis and calculation of the special cone rolling machine,an effective and quick judgment method was given.
