摘　　要：针对评估指标体系构建过程中,评估指标过多引起评估过程繁琐和评估结果失真,提出基于Vague广义优势关系的雷达侦察效能评估指标体系约简方法。首先,以舰载雷达侦察为例,构建侦察效能综合评估指标体系;然后,充分利用Vague广义优势关系的特点,设计Vague广义优势关系约简模型;最后,提出基于Vague广义优势关系的指标约简方法。实例计算和对比分析表明,新方法能够更好的提升评估指标体系的科学有效性。Aiming at the cumbersome evaluation process and distortion of evaluation results caused by too many evaluation indexes in the construction of evaluation index system,a reduction method of radar reconnaissance effectiveness evaluation index system based on vague generalized dominance relationship is proposed.Firstly,taking shipborne radar reconnaissance as an example,the comprehensive evaluation index system of reconnaissance effectiveness is constructed,then by full using of the characteristics of vague generalized dominance relation,the vague generalized dominance relation reduction model is designed,and finally the index reduction method based on vague generalized dominance relation is put forward.The example calculation and comparative analysis show that the new method can better improve the scientific effectiveness of the evaluation index system.
