摘　　要：现实世界的决策,起于人的智能,人要不断用理智的行为、有创造力的行为来维护自己智能的价值。在组织内,权威人士用自身的智能维护自身的权威性,就是要用更加理智的行为和更加具有创造性的行为证明其权威的价值,这是智能的必然选择。那么所谓的机器智能或者说人工智能能够超过这个限制吗?或者说能够获得特权吗?答案是显而易见的否定。Decision making in the real world starts from people’s intelligence. People should constantly use rational be-havior and creative behavior to maintain the value of their intelligence. In the organization, authoritative people use their in-telligence to maintain their authority, that is, they should prove the value of their authority with more rational behavior and more creative behavior, which is the inevitable choice of intelligence, So can the so-called machine intelligence or artificial intelligence exceed this limit? Or can it get privileges? The answer is obvious No.
