摘  要:介绍了一种超大功率海上风机配套主轴铸件的结构特点、技术要求及铸造难点,从铸造工艺和熔炼工艺两个方面详细阐述了铸件生产过程中的关键控制技术,包括铸件的浇冒口系统设计、熔炼控制、球化及孕育处理工艺等。利用MAGMA数值模拟软件辅助分析铁液充型及凝固过程,直观地观察铁液流速及温度场情况,验证工艺的可行性。生产验证结果显示:铸件的金相组织、力学性能、尺寸壁厚、内外部质量等均符合技术要求,铸件一次性研发成功。The structure characteristics,technical requirements,and casting production difficulties of the axle used for ultra-high power offshore fan were introduced.The key control technology in the casting production process was elaborated from the two aspects of casting method and melting process including gating system and riser design,melting control,nodularizing and inoculating treating processes.By using MAGMA numerical simulation software,the iron liquid mold-filling process and solidifying process was analyzed,observed the iron liquid flowing rate and the temperature field intuitively,verified the feasibility of the process.The production result showed:all the metallurgical structure,mechanical properties,dimensions and thickness,internal and surface qualities met technical requirements,the casting was developed successfully at one time.
