摘  要:通过采用同炉铁液、不同的孕育处理方案处理铁液,浇注相同型号、相同制芯造型工艺的气缸盖铸件,对比分析了镁元素对灰铸铁气缸盖力学性能及气缸盖内腔砂芯烧结的影响。试验结果表明:(1)在灰铸铁中加入镁合金,改变了石墨的形状,使石墨端头变得钝化,无尖角,同时片状石墨变得弯曲,保证了铸件的力学性能;(2)在灰铸铁中加入合金镁,增加灰铸铁中的w(Mg_(残))量,提高了铁液的表面张力,降低了铁液的渗透能力,减少了砂芯烧结的发生,方便了铸件的清理,提升了气缸盖的内腔质量。By using the same furnace iron liquid,different inoculation schemes to treat iron liquid,to pour the same model cylinder head casting with same core making and molding process,the influence of magnesium element on mechanical properties of cylinder head and its internal sand core sintering was compared and analyzed.Test results showed:(1)Adding magnesium alloy into gray iron changed graphite form,made the graphite ends blunt without sharp corner,and the flake graphite becoming curved that ensured mechanical properties of casting.(2)Adding magnesium alloy into gray iron increased residual Mg content and elevated surface tension of iron liquid,decreased penetrating capacity of the iron liquid,reduced sand core sintering that made the casting cleaning easier,improved internal cavity quality of cylinder head.
