摘 要:介绍了16 L蠕墨铸铁缸体铸件的生产过程控制:通过合理的化学成分设计,并将其控制在相对较窄的工艺范围,确保生产过程中铁液的化学成分稳定;采用高温石墨化低硫增碳剂,提高增碳效果,使用碳化硅进行预处理,增加铁液的形核能力;将铁液过热温度提高到1540~1550℃,保温20 min,提高了铁液的纯净度;在1480~1490℃进行蠕化及孕育处理,确保良好的蠕化效果。生产结果显示:生产的铸件本体的蠕化率均达到80%以上,不同壁厚位置蠕化率略有差异,铸件本体的抗拉强度达到420 MPa以上,硬度230~260 HBW。The production process control of 16 L vermicular graphite iron cylinder block was introduced.Through a reasonable chemical composition design and controlling it in a relatively narrow process range,it was ensured that the chemical composition of the iron liquid was stable during production process.Using high temperature-graphitized low S carburant improved carburizing effect.Using SiC pretreatment increased nuclear formation capacity of iron liquid.Increasing the iron liquid overheating temperature to 1540~1550℃,holding for 20 min,elevated the purity of iron liquid.Conducting vermicul-arizing and inoculating treatments at 1480~1490℃ensured good vermicularizing effect.Production result showed:the verm-icularity of casting body reached 80%and higher,the vermicularitiy varied slightly in positions having different wall thickness,tensile strength of casting body reached 420 MPa and higher,hardness was of 230~260 HBW.
