摘 要:介绍了中、大型西门子电机壳铸件的消失模铸造工艺:采用整体成型,径向和高度采取不同的收缩率;采用阶梯式浇注系统,严格控制白模的烘干温度和时间,重点控制涂料的涂挂性、常温/高温抗裂性、脱壳性等性能;浇注温度1490~1500℃,浇注真空度控制在-0.065~-0.07 MPa。生产结果显示:采用消失模工艺生产的电机壳铸件表面质量好,尺寸合格,金相组织和力学性能符合技术要求,且每吨铸件的生产成本较呋喃树脂砂工艺低1400元。The lost foam casting process of medium and large Siemens motor shells were introduced:integral molding was used,with different shrinkage rates in radial and height.A stepped pouring system was adopted.Strictly controlling the drying temperature and time of the lost foam pattern and focus on control the coating's sagging,normal/high temperature crack resist-ance,exuviation and other properties,the pouring temperature was 1490~1500℃,and the pouring vacuum was controlled at-0.065~-0.07 MPa.The production results showed that the motor casing castings produced by the lost foam process had good surface quality.It had qualified dimensions.Its metallographic structure and mechanical properties met the technical require-ments.The production cost per ton of castings was 1400 yuan lower than that of the furan resin sand process.
