摘  要:介绍了铰接支架铸件的结构,在对球墨铸铁性能进行综合分析的基础上,运用均衡凝固原理和大孔出流理论设计了铰接支架的铸造工艺。考虑到球墨铸铁件的凝固特性,在设计时采用自硬树脂砂型,浇注系统的内浇道尺寸为26 mm/28 mm×8 mm,直浇道直径为20 mm,横浇道截面尺寸为19 mm/26 mm×30 mm,采用无冒口设计。利用数值模拟软件对铸造工艺进行模拟分析,通过分析找出设计中存在的一些问题,采取了相应措施,使问题得以解决,实现了铸造工艺的优化。The structure of the hinging bracket casting was introduced.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the nodular iron properties,the cast method of hinging bracket was designed by using proportional solidification principle and large orifice discharge theory.Considering the solidification characteristics,resin self-setting sand mold was adopted,the ingate dimensions was of 26 mm/28 mm×8 mm,sprue diameter was of 20 mm,the runner bar section was of 19 mm/26 mm×30 mm,the riser-less design was used.The casting method was simulated by using numerical simulation software,some problems were found,and corresponding measures were taken and solved the problems and realized casting method optimization.
