摘  要:介绍了8CA系列气缸体铸件的结构,分析了生产同类直列气缸体铸件出现的缸孔、缸顶夹杂类缺陷及盖箱面气孔缺陷产生的原因。通过采用倾斜浇注工艺,增加了下层内浇道铁液进入型腔后的充型能力,并通过优化浇注系统结构,设计浮渣挡渣结构,使铁液中自带的渣和充型过程中产生的渣类杂质冲到铸件缸顶的溢流冒口并排出。同时,使铸件盖箱面的铁液充型平稳,不产生紊流,减少气体卷入,有效解决了铸件缸孔、缸顶夹杂类缺陷及盖箱面气孔缺陷问题。The structure of 8CA series cylinder block casting was introduced.The causes of cylinder hole,cylinder top inclusion defects and cover box surface air hole defects appearing in the production of similar in-line cylinder block castings were analyzed.By adopting the inclined pouring process,the filling capacity of the lower inner runner after the molten iron in cavity was increased.By optimizing the structure of the pouring system,the scum slag retaining structure was designed so that the slag in the molten iron and the slag-like impurities in filling process were flushed out of the overflow riser on the top of the casting cylinder.At the same time,the molten iron on the cover box surface of the casting was filled smoothly,no turbulent flow was generated,and the gas involvement was reduced.It effectively solved the problems of the casting cylinder hole,top inclusion defects and air hole defects on the cover box surface.
