摘 要:采用发气性测量仪研究了不同温度下氧化铁粉添加量对自硬酚醛脲烷树脂砂最大发气量和最大发气速率的影响,研究结果显示:(1)在温度较高的情况下(900℃以上),氧化铁比树脂砂本身的发气量还大,最大发气量会随着氧化铁粉添加量的增加而增加;(2)当氧化铁粉添加量在2%时,能够降低自硬酚醛脲烷树脂砂最大发气量,并推迟树脂砂最大发气速率峰值温度;但当氧化铁粉添加量在4%时,由于氧化铁粉自身发气,导致高温时(900℃以上)树脂砂的发气量和发气速率都大幅度提高。By using gas-generation characteristics measuring apparatus,the influence of iron oxide powder addition amounts on the maximum gas generating volume and the maximum gas generating rate of the self-setting phenolic urethane resin sand was studied.The study results showed:(1)Under temperature being relatively higher(higher than 900℃),the gas-generating volume of iron oxide was higher than that of the resin sand,the maximum gas generating volume would increase with the increase of iron oxide adding amount.(2)Iron oxide addition amount being 2%could reduce the maximum gas generating volume of the self-setting phenolic urethane resin sand and delay the maximum peak gas generation rate temperature of resin sand.However,when addition amount of iron oxide being 4%,due to gas generating of the iron oxide powder itself,the resin sand gas genera-ting volume and gas generating rate in high temperature(above 900℃)were greatly increased.
