摘  要:老年男子乳房发育的发病率呈上升趋势,治疗不及时可能发展为男性乳腺癌。殷克敬教授通过对临床病案的观察,总结出该病的病机为本虚标实,本虚为肾精不足,标实以痰瘀为主,同时结合老年人痰瘀虚损的病理基础,创立滋肾化痰法。治疗上强调以滋补肾精、化痰祛瘀为主,多选用菟丝子、淫羊藿、巴戟天等补肾阳,生地黄、黄精等滋肾阴,泽泻、白芥子、石见穿等化痰祛瘀,标本同治,临床效果显著,值得推广。The incidence of elderly gynecomastia is on the rise.If not treated in time,it may develop into male breast cancer.Through the observation of clinical records,Professor Yin Kejing summes up that the pathogenesis of the disease is based on deficiency of root cause and excess of manifestation.The deficiency of root cause is lack of kidney essence,and excess of manifestation is mainly phlegm and blood stasis.Combined with the pathological basis of phlegm and blood stasis deficiency in the elderly,he establishs the method of Zishen Huatan Method.The treatment emphasizes on nourishing kidney essence,removing phlegm and blood stasis mainly,Semen Cuscutae,Herba Epimedii,Radix Morindae Officinalis,etc.are most used to tonifying kidney yang,unprocessed Radix Rehmanniae Recens,Rhizoma Polygonati,etc.are most used to tonifying kidney yin,Rhizoma Alismatis,Semen Sinapis Albae,Salvia chinensia Benth,etc.are most used to remove phlegm and blood stasis,manifestation and root cause are treated simultaneously,clinical effect is remarkable,which is worthy of promotion.
