腰椎间盘突出重吸收1例

摘　　要：随着影像学技术的进步,腰椎间盘突出重吸收现象已为业界同行关注,其临床也有不同呈现。目前,同一患者不同腰椎节段,椎间盘出现了两种不同的临床表现鲜有报告。本例患者因反复腰痛及左下肢的寒凉感就诊,影像学资料显示,其L_(3~4)巨大脱出发生明显重吸收现象,而L_(4~5)突出物钙化,诊断为腰椎间盘突出症后,予从中药脊柱Ⅱ号方口服治疗,症状明显改善。本文通过对这一案例分析,揭示椎间盘突出的形态及其周围环境等对重吸收的影响,加深对椎间盘重吸收现象多样性和复杂性的认识,探讨中医药保守治疗对腰椎间盘突出症中可能出现重吸收现象时的有效治疗方案。With the progress of imaging technology,the phenomenon of lumbar disc herniation and reabsorption has been paid attention to by peers in the industry.Its clinical presentation is also different.At present,two different clinical manifestations of intervertebral discs at different lumbar levels in the same patient are rarely reported.The patient presented to the clinic because of recurrent low back pain and cold sensation in the left lower extremity.Imaging data showed that the L_(3-4) huge prolapse occurred significant reabsorption phenomenon,and the L_(4-5) protrusion calcified.After diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation,the patient was treated with Chinese medicine SpinalⅡPrescription orally,and the symptoms were significantly improved.Through the analysis of this case,this paper reveals the influence of the shape of herniated intervertebral disc and its surrounding environment on the reabsorption,deepen the understanding of the diversity and complexity of the phenomenon of intervertebral disc reabsorption,and explore the effective treatment plan of traditional Chinese medicine conservative treatment for the possible reabsorption phenomenon in lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
