摘  要:国省道干线公路冬季积雪结冰是严重影响行车安全的问题。鉴于传统除冰雪方法普遍存在效率低、费用高、环境污染严重等问题,提出用掺加冻结缓解剂MaFilon(MFL)的方式进行沥青路面主动抑冰除雪。结合镇江市某桥面铺装工程,从MFL抗冰冻原理分析着手,开展抗冰冻沥青混合料配合比设计、路用性能研究和工程应用效果评价。研究结果表明,掺加MFL的抗冰冻沥青路面各项路用性能指标均满足工程要求,可为类似工程提供参考。The snow ice in winter on national highway had seriously affectted driving safety. In view of the problems of low efficiency,high cost and high environmental pollution by traditional methods to removal snow ice,propose the method of adding freezing mitigation agent MFL to removal snow ice on asphalt pavement. Based on the project of bridge deck pavement in Zhenjiang,analyze anti-freezing principle of MFL firstly,then the design of mixture proportion for freezing resistant asphalt mixture,road performance research and evaluation of engineering application effect were carried out. The results showed that the performance indexes of anti-freezing asphalt pavement with MFL could meet the practical engineering requirements,and can provide reference for similar projects.
