摘  要:基于某隧道火灾过火段的结构安全性分析和评估,从衬砌结构变形及应力方面入手,通过工程类比、理论和数值分析等手段对特征隧道断面进行加固整治前后的二次衬砌结构安全性验算,验算指标包含衬砌抗压强度、抗拉强度和结构安全系数。结构安全性验算的主要特征断面选择在Ⅳ级围岩、Ⅴ级围岩和紧急停车带上,主要验算工况包含火灾前工况、火灾后拱圈不同剥离深度工况和加固施工后工况。安全性分析与评价表明,部分隧道过火段存在不同程度的衬砌结构失稳风险,加固施工后衬砌结构的位移与受力状态得到明显改善,各验算指标限值满足规范要求。Based on the structural safety analysis and evaluation for the burned segments of a tunnel,safety checking before and after reinforcement was carried out from aspects of structural deformation and stress on some special tunnel sections of secondary lining by engineering analogy,theoretical and numerical analysis method,and checking targets include lining compressive strength,tensile strength and structure safety factor. Some sections on Ⅳ or Ⅴ class surrounding rock and emergency parking strip are chosen as the main characteristic cross sections for structural safety checking. The main construction calculating steps include the step before fire,the step of arch ring different stripping depth after fire and the step after reinforcement. The safety analysis and evaluation show the different degree of instability risk of lining structure in some burned segments,the displacement and stress state of lining structure are improved obviously after reinforcement,and the limits of checking targets meet the requirements of the code.
