摘 要:巴基斯坦某铬铁矿石含硅较高,Cr_(2)O_(3)含量50.46%、SiO_(2)含量3.80%,铬铁矿为矿石中唯一的有用金属矿物(主要以铬尖晶石的形式存在,分布率达99.53%),以粗粒为主(粒度大于0.1 mm的占93.90%),主要呈他形粒状结构、团块状构造,破碎的铬铁矿大部分呈带状分布,铬铁矿团块之间可见透明矿物石英充填。为了降低矿石中的硅含量进行了选矿试验,结果表明,矿石采用分级摇床重选—中矿再磨再选工艺流程处理,最终得到4个精矿产品,综合精矿Cr_(2)O_(3)品位54.90%、Cr_(2)O_(3)回收率88.40%、SiO_(2)含量1.25%,各精矿产品SiO_(2)含量均符合要求,达到了提铬降硅效果。A chromite ore in Pakistan contains high silicon with Cr_(2)O_(3) content of 50.46%and SiO_(2) content of 3.80%.Chromite is the only useful metal minerals in the ore(mainly in the form of chromium spinel,distribution rate of 99.53%),and mainly appeared coarse grain(particle size greater than 0.1 mm accounting for 93.90%)with mainly allotriomorphic granular texture and massive structure.Most of the bro⁃ken chromite is zonal distribution,and the transparent mineral quartz is filled between the chromite masses.In order to reduce the silicon content in the ore,the beneficiation test was carried out.The results showed that the ore was treated by the process of gravity separation and middle ore regrinding and reseparation,and finally four concentrate products were obtained.The comprehensive concentrate has Cr_(2)O_(3) grade of 54.90%,Cr_(2)O_(3) recovery rate of 88.40%,and SiO_(2) content of 1.25%.The content of SiO_(2) in all concentrate products meet the requirements,and the effect of chromium extraction and silicon reduction is achieved.
