摘　　要：高校作为培养新时代新青年的重要基地,要充分发挥立德树人的作用,搞好“四史”教育。河北省拥有丰富的红色精神文化资源,有助于提高高校“四史”教育的实效。该文概述了河北省拥有的红色资源,强调在新媒体时代下河北省红色资源对提升高校“四史”教育效果的重要价值,并提出提高“四史”教育实效的创新路径。As an important base for cultivating the new youth in the new era,colleges and universities should give full play to their role in fostering virtue,and do a good job in“four histories”education.Hebei Province has a rich red spiritual culture,which is of great significance to improving the effectiveness of“four histories”education in colleges and universities.This paper outlines the red spirit contained in Hebei,emphasizes the important value of Hebei’s red resources in improving the effect of“four histories”education in colleges and universities in the era of new media,and proposes an innovative path to improve the effect of“four histories”education.
